1. Return Period
1.1. Standard Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
2. Conditions for Return
2.1. Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

3. Initiating a Return
3.1. Contact Us: To start a return, email our customer service at support@crestcouture.ae with your order number and the reason for the return.
3.2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a return authorization along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
4. Return Shipping
4.1. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.2. Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refund Processing
5.1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5.2. Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
6. Exchanges
6.1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@crestcouture.ae and we will arrange an exchange.
6.2. Exchange Process: For exchanges of different items, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
7.1. Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank and credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@crest-couture.com.
