7. Termination: Any legal action taken against Webkul that alleges patent infringement terminates this license immediately.

8. Jurisdiction: Any disputes must be resolved in the jurisdiction where Webkul operates, following local laws.

This license allows Crest & Couture to freely use, modify, and distribute the Bagisto platform, as long as we comply with the stated terms, including ensuring any derivative works remain under this same license.
